Hola,
This week flew by. Here in San Pedro everything is pretty normal so just a lot of the normal day to day missionary work, studies, lessons, family home evenings etc. Everything is pretty standard.
On Wednesday the Family with whom we ate asked us to give a player at their daughters quinceanera on Saturday, so when Saturday rolled around we went and said this prayer for the family before the party. It was an interesting experience, they also had us stay for food. Free food is always welcome as a missionary.
Sunday we were also asked to give talks in The first ward on Missionary work. They turned out great, Elder Olson talked about the responsibility that all members have to share the Gospel and I talked about how members can share the gospel. Specifically the Invitations of Love, Share, and Invite. First we love God and our fellow man, second we share the light that we have, third we invite our friends to come and see, come and help, come and belong. If you want a more detailed explanation it is in the gospel library app below sharing the gospel in the library.
We were also able to work with a new friend this week, Alan. He shows a lot of promise. He attended church for the first time and had a positive experience there. We are really looking forward to teaching him more.
This P-day we went to the area of Espartaco to play soccer there and had a fun time.
Hasta la próxima,
Elder Neilson
